Effective date: 22 October 2026. This policy explains how JT Trading Terminal ("we", "us") handles your information on www.jttradingterminal.com.

1. What we collect

• Sign-in information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Account and plan information: your plan (free trial or paid), trial and subscription dates, and the payment reference (such as a UPI transaction number) you submit so we can confirm your payment.
• Preferences stored in your browser: for example your selected coin, timeframe and the state of the trade tracker. This stays in your own browser storage.

2. How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, give you access to the features included in your plan, manage free trials and subscriptions, confirm payments, and reply to support requests.

3. Services we use

We use Google (sign-in), Supabase (authentication and database), and Cloudflare (hosting). Market data is fetched from public data providers such as Binance. We do not send your personal information to market data providers.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. JT Trading Terminal does not hold your funds, does not connect to your exchange account or wallet, and never asks for your exchange passwords or API keys.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

6. Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service is completely secure.

7. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
